Move him to geocaches close to water, take him to the local quarry, or when you go out to dive the reef get a pic with him on the boat, in the local cave or sump, or anywhere where diving is possible (post gps numbers of the location) then place it back to a geocache and let it travel to the next location.
Sidemount caves? deep water? deep caves? no problem, this is a highly trained diver trying to dive new locations and collect new experiences, so
